GameSalad Releases Windows Game Development Software

GameSalad, the Austin- and Los Angeles-based developer of software which makes it easy for anyone to create their own, iPhone, Android, and web videogames, has expanded its platform, saying last night that it has released a version of its GameSalad Creator software for the Windows Operating system. The software--which previously only ran on the Mac--allows users to use a drag and drop interface to create their own, fully features videogames for the iPhone, Android, and the web. The new software is free. GameSalad had released a beta of the software last month.
