GameSalad Opens Marketplace To Third Parties

Austin- and Los Angeles-based GameSalad, the developer of iPhone game creation software, said last night that it has opened up its GameSalad Marketplace to third parties. The company said the marketplace--which features templates for games, art, animated characters, and more--now accepts third party submissions of art, UI, characters, objects, backgrounds, animation, and more. Previously, the contents of the marketplace directly managed by the company.
