Front Gate Tickets Acquired By LiveNation

Austin-based Front Gate Tickets, an online and festival ticketing provider which had been owned by C3 and AEG, has been acquired by ticketing giant LiveNation. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Front Gate is known for its use of RFID wristbands and cashless technology at its events.
