Fonality Acquired By NetFortris

Plano, Texas-based unified communications provider Fonality has been acquired by Netfortris, a provider of cloud-based communications services, the two said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. NetFortris said that it will divide its headquarters between its Seattle and Dallas offices, with the firm continuing to be led by NetFortris CEO Grant Evans.
