FireHost Lands $25M

Dallas-based FireHost, which provides secure, cloud computing services, said this morning that it has raised $25M in a Series E funding round. The funding round came from The Stephens Group. FireHost said it will use the new funding to invest in product development, sales, and brand awareness. FireHost provides secure, PCI-compliant hosting services specifically aimed at businesses. The company is led by Jim Lewadowski. The new round brings the company's total capital raised to around $59M in total. More information »
