Favor, Kinsa Soup Promotion Quickly Runs Out

A social media promotion by Austin-based delivery service Favor, smart thermometer maker Kinsa, and Smart Pants Vitamins, launched on Monday, quickly ran out of supplies this week, when they offered to delivery Austin residents a "care package"--featuring a $50 Kinsa smart thermometer, soup from The Soup Peddler, and Smart Pants Vitamins--just for sending out the tag #kinsasendsoup on social media. The companies had offered up 100 "care packages" to Austin residents for the use of the tag on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook. The companies quickly ran out of packages by Tuesday.
