Evosys Buys Newbury Taleo Group

Dallas-based Evosys, an IT service provider which specializes in Oracle, said on Friday that it will buy Newbury Taleo Group, an Oracle Gold partner focused on Oracle's talent acquisition solutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Evosys is led by CEO Umang Nahata. The companies said Newbury Taleo Group will be rebranded as "Newbury Cloud powered by Evosys".
