EquaTerra Acquires Morgan Chambers

Houston, Texas-bsed EquaTerra, a provider of full-service outsourcing and off-shoring advisors, announced Tuesday that it has acquired competitor Morgan Chambers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. EquaTerra said the addition of Morgan Chambers will enable the two companies to provide consulting services for the finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, procurement and customer care sectors. Together, the companies employ some 300 employees across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Founded in 1994, Morgan Chambers is based in London and has offices throughout Europe.
