Eltek Wins Customer In Africa

Eltek, the manufacturer of DC power systems used in the telecom industry, reported a win today in Africa, with Eaton Towers Africa Holdings UK Ltd.. Eltek, which has major operations in Richardson, said it has signed a three year contract with Eaton Towers, to provide DC power solutions and equipment in Uganda, Ghana, Kenya, and South America. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Eltek's power supplies are used to supply DC power to telecom equipment. Eltek said it opened up its first two offices in sub-Saharan Africa earlier this year, in Nigeria and Kenya.
