Eltek: 430 Projects Installed In Africa

Plano-based power systems developer Eltek reported over the weekend that it has installed its products across 430 solar projects in Africa, across 17 countries, as part of a conference in the region. Eltek said that those installs have primarily been of its Flatpack 2 solar systems, which are used to power wireless phone towers and installations. Eltek explained that its solar installations let telecom providers build their towers in remote areas, as well as help provide more reliable power to those towers. Eltek is a developer of DC power supplies and related equipment used to supply power to telecom equipment installations.
