E2open Merges With Steelwedge

Austin-based supply chain network operator E2open said this morning that it has merged with Steelwedge, a developer of sales and operations planning software. Financial details of the merger were not announced. Steelwedge was based in Pleasanton, California. The two said that Steelwedge's cloud-based planning software is used by such customers as Canon, Pfizer, HP Inc, Jaguar Land Rover, Lenovo, Nissan and Monsanto.
