eGistics Raises $1.25M

Dallas-based eGistics, a provider of hosted document management services, has raised $1.25M as part of an ongoing $1.49M debt funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. Source of the funding has not been announced. eGistics operates a hosted archive and delivery service which allows users to store important business documents online. More information »
