Dust Networks Signs GE

Houston-based Dust Networks disclosed today that its technology has been incorporated into a system from GE Energy. According to the firm, its SmartMesh wireless networking technology is being used by GE Energy in a wireless, machine condition monitoring system. Financial impact of the design win was not disclosed. The product is being used in the industrial market for monitoring manufacturing plants.
