Digility Moves Headquarters To Dallas

Digility, a provider of consulting in the areas of e-commerce, business intelligence and analytics, application development, and other related areas, said on Monday that it has moved its headquarters to Addison, as part of an effort to grow in North America. The company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mastek UK Limited, had previously been headquartered in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The company said the move came as a result of its acquisition of Dallas-based e-commerce software provider TAISTech in December of 2016. Digility cited the availability of local talent for its choice in locating in Addison.
