DiCentral Buys Product Line From JDA Software

Houston-based supply chain management software developer DiCentral announced this morning that it has acquired a product line from JDA Software. DiCentral said it has acquired the On-Demand Warehouse Management System (WMS) -- formerly known as SmartTurn -- from JDA Software, to help enhance its products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. JDA Software said the products are "redundant" with its core warehouse management solution, and "does not fit" it product portfolio.
