DiCentral Buys BASE2

Houston-based DiCenteral, a developer of electronic data interchange (EDI) software, said today that it has acquired Grafton, Wisconsin-based BASE2 Corporation. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. BASE2 is a fellow provider of EDI software, to the manufacturing, trading, and agricultural industries. DiCEntral said the acquisition will provide it with additional support, sales and development resources.
