Dell Wins Carnival Cruise Lines

Round Rock-based Dell said today that it has signed on Carnival Cruise Lines as a customer. According to Dell, the cruise operator has selected its servers, storage, workstations, and laptops to maintain its onboard data. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Dell said it has deployed ts PowerEdge Servers and EqualLogic storage onboard the line's 22 ships and at its shoreside data center.
