Dell Services Signs European Travel Firm

Plano-based Dell Services said today that it has inked a six year managed services contract with TUI Travel PLC, a europen travel firm. Dell Services said the six year, IT outsourcing deal includes both hardware and software asset management, as well as help desk, patch management, deployment, software compliance, and other efforts. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. The services will be provided in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
