Dell Completes MessageOne Deal

Round Rock-based Dell said Thursday that it has completed its $155M acquisition of MessageOne, a provider of email archiving and disaster recovery services. Dell said it would use the acquisition as part of an effort to create a platform of SaaS applications for remote maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of IT infrastructure. Dell originally announced its acquisition of MessageOne in February. MessageOne was based in Austin.
