Dell Completes Everdream Acquisition

Dell said Thursday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of Fremont, California-based Everdream, a provider of remote service management software. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Dell had previously said November 15th that it would buy the firm, which also has facilities in Charlotte, N.C. Everdream provides software used for managing IT operations remotely.
