Dell Completes Acquisition of ASAP Software

Round Rock-based Dell said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of ASAP Software, a former subsidiary of Corporate Express. The firm said it paid $340M for ASAP, which provides software licensing and other services to companies. ASAP's services are used by businesses to manage their software licensing, purchase, renewal, and compliance. Dell had previously announced its plans to acquire ASAP in August.
