Dell Chops 700 In Malaysia

Round Rock-based Dell is cutting 700 workers in Malaysia, according to multiple reports this week. The cuts are equal to roughly 16 percent of the firm's workforce in the country. The came due to a move by Dell of notebook manufacturing for the Latin America, Canada and US markets from the Malaysian plant.
