defi SOLUTIONS Snags GameStop Veteran As New CTO

Grapevine, Texas-based defi SOLUTIONS, which develops software for the auto lending industry, said Thursday that it has named Jason Zubrick as the company's new Chief Technology Officer. Zubrick was most recently at GameStop, where the company said he was for 10 years. defi said that its former CTO, Rob Dufalo, has shifted to become Chief Innovation Officer. defi SOLUTIONS is backed by Bain Capital Ventures, which invested $55M in a Series C funding round in the company in January. defi's software is used as part of the loan origination process for auto lenders.
