DataBank Buys C7 Data Centers

Dallas-based DataBank, a provider of enterprise data center services led by Timothy Moore, said on Tuesday that it has acquired Salt Lake City, Utah-based C7 Data Centers. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. DataBank is owned by Digital Bridge Holdings. C7 Data Centers was headed by Wes Swenson and backed by investor Signal Peak Ventures. DataBank said the buy will complement its existing portfolio of data centers in Minneapolis, MN, Kansas City, KS, and Dallas, TX.
