Dachis Group Buys Stuzo

Austin-based Dachis Group, the provider of social marketing product headed by Jeffrey Dachis, said today that it has acquired Philadelphia-based Stuzo, a developer of Facebook applications, and provider of social marketing applications, programs, and other products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Dachis Group said the acquisition will add Stuzo's Facebook social marketing platform and development services to its offerings. The firms said that Stuzo has been behind almost 200 custom social marketing campaigns for brands in the last three years.
