CyrusOne Buys Two Data Centers

Dallas-based CyrusOne announced this morning that it has acquired two new, enterprise data centers, from Sentinel Data Centers. CyrusOne said the centers are located in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina and Somerset, New Jersey. The deal was worth $490M. The company said the data centers will help it establish a presence in the Southeast. CyrusOne said the deal price represents a multiple of approximately 14.4 times pro forma run-rate annualized EBITDA of approximately $34 million.
