Customer Support Provider Plans 400 Jobs In Ennis

A provider of technology-enabled customer support and customer back office services, TeleTech, is planning a big expansion in Ennis, Texas. According to Teletech, it is creating 400 new jobs in an expansion in Ennis, Texas, to help serve its healthcare clients. Teletech said it has acquired space to expand to more than 700 employees in the location, with plans to eventually fill up its new center. TeleTech said the center serves two of the nation's largest healthcare providers. TeleTech said 150 of those new jobs require a state health insurance sales license. TeleTech is based in Denver.
