CSIdentity Names CEO

Austin-based CSIdentity, the developer of identity protection and fraud detection technology, said today that it has named Scott Cruickshank as its CEO. Cruickshank was most recently at CyberSource Corporation (acquired by Visa in July of 2010), and also has served at Qsent, Chase Paymentech, First Data Merchant Services, and Bank One Payment Services, among other firms. Cruickshank replaces co-founder Joe Ross, who will continue as President of the company. CSIdentity is venture backed by Investcorp.
