CR3 Capital Acquires Xymat Engineering

Dallas-based private equity investor CR3 Capital has acquired Colorado Springs, Colorado-based Xymat Engineering, which develops specialty shipping containers for the United States Department of Energy (DOE), the two said today. Financial details of the buy were not announced. As part of the acquisition, CR3 Capital said it has appointed Douglas Waldron as President and CEO of Xymat Engineering; Waldron previously was CEO of Advanced Joining Technologies.
