CoreXchange Lands Three-Year Service Contract

Dallas-based CoreXchange revealed Tuesday that it will provide enterprise networking services for retail electric utility Stream Energy as part of a three-year service agreement. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. CoreXchange said Stream is relocating its primary IT and server infrastructure to CoreXchange's Dallas data center facility. CoreXchange added that it will provide Stream with multi-homed managed network connectivity to a leased data center cage with high-power capacity. The setup, CoreXchange noted, will support Stream's customer service system, online billing platform, IP telephony system and other critical IT infrastructure.
