Convio Buys GetActive

Austin, Texas-based Convio said Wednesday that it is acquiring GetActive Software, a provider of customer relationship management software for associations and nonprofits. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Convio said that the acquisition is expected to close by the end of Q1 of 2007. Convio is a provider of online customer relationship management (CRM) software for nonprofit organizations.
