Computer Support Buddy Takes On Computer Help

Austin-based Computer Support Buddy said Wednesday that it has launched a new, technical support service for people over 50. The new firm, headed by Zack Metzner, said it will provide direct access to answer questions, fix problems, and provide advice to users. The firm said it will offer up its support via a phone call and remote screen sharing technology. The firm's services start at $14.99 a month.
