Complai Boosts Board, Travel Expertise, With Travelocity Vet

Austin-based Complai, the developer of the Shep business travel management software, said today that it has named Ellen Keszler to its board of directors. Keszler is the former President of Travelocity Business, and also has served at companies such as Expedia, American Airlines, and Sabre. Shep is venture backed by Moonshots Capital, Capital Factory, along with angel investors; the company's other board members include Moonshots' Craig Cummings and Complai CEO Daniel Senyard. Complai's Shep tool lets business travelers book travel through their favorite consumer travel sites, while allowing enterprise travel managers to track that spending--all via a Chrome browser extension. The tool solves a headache of corporate travel managers, who find that their employees often would rather book their own travel rather than follow enterprise travel rules and systems. Shep raised a $1.4M round of funding in February.
