Cologix Opens Second Data Center In Dallas

Cologix, a provider of interconnection and colocation services, said today that it has opened up a second data center in the Dallas INFOMART. The firm--which is based in Denver, Colorado--said the facility is its 12th North American data center. Cologix said the new, 12,000 square foot data center will hold more than 300 cabinets and provide 3.2MW of power. Cologix said that DFW's central location and network density make it a primary Internet peering point and natural location for regional and national network nodes.
