Codekko Raises $1.76M

Dallas-based Codekko Software, a developer of software which optimizes the source code of web applications, has raised $1.76M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm Tuesday. Source of the new funding was not announced by the company. The filing indicates $255K of the funding was in the form of warrants, and that the investment came from a single investor. Codekko is headed by Socrates Verses, and was co-founded by Dan Bannoura, who serves as the firm's CTO. More information »
