COADE Acquired By Intergraph

Houston-based COADE, a developer of plant design and engineering software, has been acquired by Intergraph, Integraph said yesterday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Intergraph said that the buy will expand its SmartPlant Enterprise engineering products. COADE was backed by Insight Partners, which injected $42M into the firm back in August of 2007.
