Cirrus Logic: 25 Years Old

Austin-based Cirrus Logic said today that it is celebrating its 25th anniversary this summer. The firm was founded in 1984, and moved from Silicon Valley to Austin in 1999. The firm says it now employes more than 300 people in Austin, and more than 500 people worldwide. Cirrus Logic develops digital signal processing products for the audio and other industries, including consumer electronics and energy.
