CardLab Acquired By Blackhawk Network

Dallas-based CardLab, the online provider of custom, prepaid incentive and rewards cards, has been acquired by Blackhawk Network, the two said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Blackhawk Network said that CardLab will become a business unit of its InteliSpend business, and will be headed up by current CEO David Jones. Blackhawk Network said it expects the acquisition to be earnings neutral to its financial results for the remainder of fiscal 2014.
