Capital Factory Invests In Five Firms

Austin-based startup incubator Capital Factory reported today that the firm has invested in five startups, as part of the firm's summer 2009 program. The incubator said it will invest $20,000 each, plus an additional $20,000 in services, to Cubit Planning, FamiGo, Homstie, Hourville, and petzMD. The startup incubator said it selected the finalists from more than 250 applicants. The services will include office space, legal counsel from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosatti, PR from Porter Novelli, and accounting from The Accounting Group and vCFO.
