BSG Alliance Snatches up Iconixx

BSG Alliance Corp., publisher of an on-demand business platform, announced Wednesday that it has acquired Iconixx Corp., a provider of on-demand talent management software for mid- to large-sized companies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Agile Talent is one of the key offerings included in Iconixx’s subscription-based, on-demand portfolio. BSG quoted a Kennedy Information report that the talent management solution sector has grown tremendously since 2005, evolving into a $20 billion industry in 2007. BSG Alliance is based in Austin, Texas. Founded in 1995, Iconixx is headquartered in Houston.
