BroadRamp Shuffles Management, Products

San Antonio-based BroadRamp, a developer of online video streaming technology. announced Thursday that it has swizzled its management, CEO, and products, and will be relaunching the firm. The company said that it has named Sean Darwish as CEO, after Darwish acquired all of BroadRamp's assets in a bankruptcy last August. The firm said Darwish, previously founder and CTO of Broadramp, acquired all of the firm's intellectual properties, patents, trademarks, copyrights, design and programs in a bankruptcy overseen by a San Antonio federal bankruptcy court.
