Boundless Network Buys Merchandise Distributor

Austin-based Boundless Network, a venture-backed promotional products firm, said Tuesday that it has acquired Venture Marketing, a branded merchandise distributor. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Boundless Network, the buy--it's third in the past six months--will help it expand its national footprint. Boundless Networks acquired Custom Solutions in December and Corporate Specialties in February. Boundless has received funding from Austin Ventures and Silverton Partners.
