Boundless Network Acquires Custom Solutions

Austin-based Boundless Network, a venture backed distributor of custom branded products, said Wednesday that it has acquired Custom Solutions, a Texas-based distributor. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Boundless, the move is part of a plan to recruit top professionals and acquire top promotional products distributors with revenues between $2M and $10M. The firm said it now has more than 150 employees, 70 of them in Austin.
