BMC Wins New Zealand Customer
Houston-based BMC Software said yesterday that it has added a customer in New Zealand. BMC said that the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) is using BMC's ServiceDesk on Force.com product, for cloud-based consolidated service desk, self-service, and knowledge management. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. BMC's ServiceDesk on Force.com is a version of BMC's service desk software run in conjunction with salesforce.com.
