BMC Wins In Dubai

Houston-based BMC Software has scored a big win in Dubai, the firm announced today. BMC said that the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) is using the firm's products to help automate and manage its service management processes. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. ENOC is using BMC Remedy to manage IT support at its oil and gas operations, including both refineries and gas stations.
