BMC Gains Beverage firm
Houston-based BMC Software announced this morning that it has signed beverage provider Yakult, based in the UK, as a customer. BMC said that Yakult, which makes probiotic beverages, is using its Remedyforce Service Desk solution for managing its IT services. Size and financial details of the win were not disclosed. Remedyforce is being used to handle trouble tickets and managing IT issues by Yakult.
