BMC: More than 100 Customers in 300 Days for RemedyForce

Houston-based BMC, the developer of IT service management software, is bragging this morning that it has signed up more than 100 customers in the last 300 days for its Remedyforce Service Desk product. The software--used for IT service desk management--was adopted by Basic Energy, Canadian North, Iron Bow Technologies and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, among many others. BMC did not say what that translates into financially. Remedyforce is BMC's IT management tool which connects directly into Salesforce.com's Force.com platform.
