Big In Japan Release Barcode API

Dallas-based Big In Japan, a developer of mobile applications, said earlier this week that it has released a new, free barcode scanner API for the Apple iPhone. According to the firm, the free software development kit allows developers to create their own applications to process both 1D and 2D bar codes, including UPC and QR codes.
