Beryl Partners with CarePages

The Beryl Companies announced Monday that it has teamed with CarePages Inc., operator of the health care-related social networking Web site CarePages.com, and will feature CarePages.com's services. Headquartered in Bedford, Texas, Beryl provides outsourced call center services, from physician referrals to class and event registrations. Beryl said it and CarePages Inc. will provide consumers with the opportunity to create a CarePage—a free service that helps families and friends of those receiving medical attention communicate. In turn, Beryl said the service complements hospital acquisition strategies by increasing call center volume and Web site traffic. CarePages is a unit of Revolution Health Group, which is headed by ex-AOL head Steve Case.
