Benchmark Electronics Completes Pemstar Buy

Angelton, Texas-based Benchmark Electronics said today that it has completed its acquisition of Pemstar Inc. The previously announced acquisition was worth approximately $300M in stock. Benchmark is a provider of electronic manufacturing services. Rochester, MN Pemstar also provides EMS services to the electronics industry.
